Sailing in Winter from Le Havre to Caen (France) : Pegasus bridge and Calypso

An historical sailing experience Departure Friday evening (5 February 2016) from Paris by car to Le Havre, Marina. After 2 hours driving, on board and left the Marina for a night sailing towards Ouistreham and Caen. The goal was to cross the Baie de Seine before the forecasted bad weather. Perfect timing and night wind of 18 knots. After a sailing trip of 4 hours, and being careful leaving La Baie de Seine and Le Havre (some cargos entering or leaving with or without pilot boats), we entered Ouistreham at 00.30 am and moored at the inner harbour for the night. Having informed the bridge officer, we sailed towards Caen, crossing the Pegasus bridge. (see 2nd WW).
